Full Semi Custom website
All the benefits of a full custom site but without the expense. Each site as a custom-designed home page and template. This design is created by one of our in-house designers to your specifications. We will send you various designs based on your original request for you to approve. In other words you would see what the site would look like before we are finished. It is much easier for everybody to change an image of a website that do change the actual website and all its related programming.
The IDF section of the website can also be custom programmed if we are notified in advance. In other words your site will have a custom design and a custom IDX layout but with the savings that comes with a semi-custom site.
Our basic semi-custom site does not include any custom IDX programming.
Unlike custom sites that require much testing and longer development time these sites are based on the software we have developed over the past 10 plus years. It has been tested and works. Any new custom software developed will always have bugs no matter who is developing it. This again as an added expense for a quality control team to test each functionality at the site is finished.
