Helpful Instructions before Completing the Order Form: Please insert your order number at the top of the order form. If you would like to select your photos prior to making the order, you may go to http://www.istockphoto.com and select your primary photos as well as the three button photos. Do not buy these photos. They are included in your price .Just write down the photo ID#'s to use for our order form. Please fill out the photo ID section in the sequence you want the photos to appear. For example, if you want the first photo to be of a certain image, then put that photo ID # in the first section, and so forth. If your selected Flash Intro contains text moving across any of the photos, please also include your selected text on the line underneath the photo ID. Please include the actual web address page you want each button to link to, as well as the names on the buttons. The button names should be short and to the point. For example, "contact us" as opposed to "click here to contact us using our online form". You will be directed to a color scheme menu allowing you to select the actual color scheme for your Flash Intro.We will use slight variations/hues and tints of these colors if there are any more colors needed. Please contact us if any special requests are needed. If you fill out the order form prior to ordering, please use the same name as you will be using when ordering.
